Job Description:

1. Develop and implement advanced financial models—using econometric and statistical techniques—to assess the financial feasibility, projected returns, and risk profile of prospective real estate development projects.

2. Analyze equity valuations, fixed income securities, macroeconomic conditions, and interest rate trends to forecast income streams and support data-driven investment decisions across the real estate portfolio.

3. Apply quantitative tools and automated modeling techniques to optimize capital structure, conduct scenario-based forecasting, and perform stress testing under varying economic and financial market conditions.

4. Structure and evaluate complex financing arrangements—including construction loans and equity syndications—by analyzing leverage ratios, cost of capital, and projected stakeholder returns.

5. Prepare comprehensive financial reports, investment memoranda, and analytical presentations to support strategic decisions, satisfy regulatory requirements, and communicate financial performance to investors and lenders
